This is a very long piece (linked below), but it is an important story about what is happening to Native People’s land in Canada right now. The decades-long fight between the environmentalists (natives) and the miners (government) continues, with a pull up for the environmentalists this time.

The article also has some incredibly beautiful photographs of the Yukon region.
