Check this out: TED Talk – Sheryl Sandberg: Why we have too few women leaders

I don’t care what people say about Sheryl Sandberg. She is a strong woman of the current times and we should respect her. I believe that people have purposefully twisted her words and her “mission”, as we frequently do to anyone that feels threatening.

Sheryl is very real and honest in this talk from December 2010. She has the bigger picture in mind, worrying about the state of women in leadership positions, for good reason. I think she brings forth great points and I’m appreciate that she doesn’t just whine or complain about the problem; she presents solutions and ways to begin thinking through how to solve this great problem that continues to persist.
